Try Our Mild Chilies & Cheese Dip Mix

TODAY'S FOOD TIP

If you have a package of our Mild Chilies and Cheese Dip Mix in your pantry, then you have the makings for all sorts of delicious dishes. The mix makes a cheesy dip for nachos, of course. But, also use it to pour over broccoli or other cooked vegetables that need a little more flavor. It is also yummy in a potato casserole, or in rice to give it a little "kick."

MCC006One of my favorite ways to use our Mild Chilies and Cheese Dip, though, is to make a Cheesy Beer Soup. Just mix one package of the dip mix with 1 cup of water and 1 (12 oz.) bottle of beer. Whisk the dip mix together with water and beer over medium heat until the dip mix dissolves. Let it boil for a couple of minutes, whisking continuously. Remove from heat, pour through a strainer, then serve with croutons or crusty bread. M-m-m...yum!
