In the United States, an Easter ham seems to be the highlight of the holiday meal, while a rack of lamb is more likely to be served for Passover.
Many years ago I spent Easter in Wimbledon at the home of a friend's relatives. The hostess served the most delicious rack of lamb for Easter dinner. And the mint sauce she made with it was nothing like the clear mint jelly that is served across the USA. This was truly a mint sauce. Yum.
This Easter, why not try lamb for a change? Here's a short video that will show you have to prepare the lamb if you want to impress your friends and family by placing a Crown Rack of Lamb before them at the dining table.
