Ah...as of next Wednesday (the 21st), it'll be summertime in the U.S.A.
And summertime is salad time - at least around here.
We love to buy the prepackaged organic salad mixes from Earthbound Farm. Around this part of the country we find the salads in stores like Wild Oats and Whole Foods, among others.
You may recognize this leafy green from salads gone by. But can you identify it?
It is called Mizuna.
But don't worry.
