Those of you who know me personally know that I love writing almost as much as I love food. In fact, my REAL job for the past few years, which has helped put food on the table for me and my family, has been freelance writing (for children and adults) and teaching children's writing for the Institute of Children's Literature. Now, as owner of the Three Angels Gourmet Co. and this blog, I seem to moving into more "food writing," which is challenging but a lot of fun.
This October, I'll be one of the featured writers at the Kansas City Writers' & Readers' Conference sponsored by Maple Woods Community College.
