Friday's Food Tip: Fruit Centerpieces from Fanciful to Formal

Whether you’re having a casual dinner party by the pool or a more elegant affair in your dining room, fruit in fanciful or formal arrangements can be used to decorate for your upcoming event.

Wendy and Bill Owens from Granville, Massachusetts created a fun fruit arrangement for a recent dinner party. Pieces of cut fruit were put on skewers and the skewers were stuck into a head of lettuce, which was covered with kale. What a charming arrangement, Wendy and Bill!
