Saturday's Food Tip: Easy Cafe Mocha

This recipe for Café Mocha isn’t quite as rich as what you’d get at your favorite coffee shop. But it’s much cheaper, and you can make it at home in the time it takes to brew some coffee. Plus, you don't need any fancy equipment - just a coffee pot.



HOMEMADE CAFÉ MOCHA

1 pkt. instant hot chocolate mix

1 cup or so of brewed coffee

Whipped Cream


Empty the packet of instant hot chocolate mix into a large coffee mug. Fill with hot brewed coffee and stir until the hot chocolate mix dissolves.

Top with whipped cream and a light sifting of cocoa powder. Makes one mug of Cafe Mocha.
