The day after Thanksgiving I make a casserole with the left over turkey, stuffing, gravy, veggies and mashed potatoes, (if you don't have any potatoes left, instant mashed work well), I layer everything in a pan - sort of like lasagna and seal the top with mashed potatoes - like a turkey Shepherd's Pie.
