These Peanut Butter Krispies require just three ingredients - rice cereal, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips. You can melt the peanut butter and butterscotch chips yourself, then let your child stir in the cereal.PEANUT BUTTER KRISPIES
3 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 oz. butterscotch chips
In medium-sized saucepan, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and let child stir in the crisp rice cereal.
Pour mixture onto 8" x 8" pan. Chill until firm.
Makes 16 (2 in.) squares.
