Once again, I'll be promoting the 22nd Annual Writers' and Readers' Conference sponsored by Maple Woods Community College. The conference will take place October 7th and 8th.
If you live in or near Kansas City, and you like to write, or just want to hear your favorite authors and attend some book signings, you won't want to miss this conference. My workshop is called "Making the Leap: How to Jump Into Freelance Writing For Fun and Profit." I'll talk about all sorts of writing, including the food writing I do for the Three Angels Gourmet Co. I'll also give tips for other food writing opportunities.
