Parsley & Parmesan Soup

When you want a flavorful and soothing soup, but don't have hours to spend in the kitchen, try this simple soup made with just three ingredients - chicken broth, parsley, and parmesan cheese.

To make this dish a meal, serve the soup with a grilled sandwich or a hearty salad.

PARSLEY & PARMESAN SOUP


1 can fat free chicken broth (like Swanson's)
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. freshly grated parmesan

Heat the chicken broth in a saucepan. Add the parsley and parmesan and continue heating over medium heat until the parmesan starts to melt. Makes 1 to 2 servings.
