SUNDAY'S FOOD TIP

Tapenade is a paste that is usually made with olives and a few other ingredients and is served as an appetizer. It's quite simple to make. Try the following easy recipe:

TASTY TAPENADE

2 (6 oz.) cans black pitted olives, drained

1 (6 oz.) can green stuffed olives, drained

3 to 4 oz. crumbled feta or blue cheese

3 to 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 c. olive oil

Blend all ingredients in a food process or blender until everything is mixed well. Place in bowl. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers, bread chunks or raw veggies.

Note: For a thinner paste, use additional olive oil.
