If a jar of honey in your pantry has become one big glob of golden crystals, don’t throw it out. Place the jar in a pan of very warm water. Stir until the crystals begin to dissolve and the honey re-liquifies.
I just put the jar into the microwave until it is melted. My wife has thrown out crystalized honey before and I told her that honey is the only food that doesn't spoil, so just melt it, it is OK.
