Warm, sunny days make me think of Sun Tea. It's so simple to make. Just put 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of cold water in a clear glass container. Add 4 to 6 tea bags. Put a lid on the container and place it in a sunny spot for about 2 to 3 hours to let the sun brew the tea. Remove the tea bags. Serve the tea over ice. Store any remaining tea in the refrigerator.

For mint tea: Put 4 to 6 large mint leaves in with the tea bags and water before you place the container in the sun. Remove the mint before serving the tea. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig, if desired.
