Tuesday's Food Tip: Fruit Smoothies in a Flash

fruitsmoothies
A good way to include more luscious summer fruits in your diet is with a fruit smoothie. And a smoothie makes a cool and nutritious breakfast when you're on the run.

Make a fruit smoothie in a flash! Simply put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy, then pour the smoothie into an attractive glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh fruit, if desired. Note: Freeze the berries and bananas before adding them to the smoothie mixtures for frostier smoothies.

Try any or all of these basic smoothies, then come up with your own delicious concoctions.
